I had a great weekend. I was able to get away with my oldest daughter Kylee and we headed to Vegas. We stayed with Michelle (Hennessy) Mikkelson and that was a good time to catch up and get to know her kids a little more. I wish I had pictures but I don't. Michelle and I went to the Time Out for Women and you would never believe who I ran into. Robyn Covey, Amber Drabant, Jeannie Dickinson, Beth Nelson, saw Joyce Owens, all my sister n laws, mothern law and even my cousin Christy. It was a much needed break and one of my dear friends from here in St. George told me I look peaceful. I feel much more peaceful and so grateful my husband took the kids. He did text me a few times and tell me how Hard this is. But I really couldn't feel sorry for him since it is something I do everyday and have been doing everyday for the last 13 years. This was only my 2nd time away by myself from the kids and my husband. I may have to treat myself again. But I will wait until Women's conference. I like the gospel getaways. It was fun though.
Kylee and I left Saturday and when we headed home she wanted to go to the Galleria Mall. I tried to remind her we had went there all the time when she was little. But we made it over to Victoria Secret (her favorite shop) and got a few items. We enjoy spending time together. She is a great girl.
