Shake it!! Shake it, SHAKE it OFF!!

After talking to a very motivated, highly dedicated friend from a long, long time ago, I decided maybe I should try something different to stay motivated myself.  I have wanted to to Be in BEtter shape, Be more toned and really STRIVE to eat better and live a healthier life. I will be honest with myself-I am not a big Vegan girl, or even one that is willing to give up anything that is lovely and delicious in life. I like my Chocolate, my fried food, and anything trashy for you. And to make matters worse my Self-Discipline really, really SUCKS!!! :)

But since November I have been taking two products--they have completely transformed my taste buds, kept lost weight off over the holidays and really kept the Healthy part of life in the back of my brain. 

TODAY I am going to Strive to do better-so part of my bucket list to keep healthy is to keep a log of it all.  Kyle's cousin Kori did this on her blog and it kept me motivated and she is now a personal trainer and so inspiring too.

I have a goal to lose 20 pounds.  Now mind you I don't consider myself Obese but I do consider myself overweight for my height. I am like my grandmother who weighed over 200 pounds-I distribute my FAT very well.  I won't be taking any pictures to show you but I will give my measurements--not now....

I really like the song buy sir-mix-alot-- 36-24-36---only if your 5'3!!!! So I will tell you my two secret products...the first is

The other one I take is Tangy Tangerine--totally weird name but it goes great with my shake--it replenshes me after a hard workout of all the minerals I need and more vitamins.  Let's put it this way--My husband Kyle was ALWAYS getting cold sores or getting sick with the flu--he drinks this stuff Religiously and hasn't been sick for well over a year.  LOVE the stuff..

So from here on out I will try to keep track of my daily workouts-which are very hard to find these days with my schedule but I will let you in on the little things I am doing...

Today:
Morning: Shakeology with scoop of All natural Peanut Butter
12 oz. of Tangy Tangerine
12 oz. Zip fix (I buy this at costco)-
Lunch: Slice of Cheese Pizza at school with my daughter Attie, small cup of fruit

Excercise: Sweaty game of Raquetball with my mom and sister Katie..Zoie was there too.  I love, love the little girl. But I beat them both in a game of IRON MAN (WOMAN) and then my mom won a game of Cut throat and then I won a game of Cutthroat.. Katie did amazing and I think the more she plays the better she will get.
25 GIRL pushups on my Perfect Pushup handles...

Getting ready to drink some more water.  Brenda told me a secret and it works brillantly-drink it with a straw.. When I do I suck the water down. 

So right now I weigh 145...I will be happy at 130--but I don't want to be sickly looking just leaner not meater.
