Ok, so yesterday I was so tired from Wednesday (12 hours in St. George) that I went to bed early.. Actually I couldn't sleep so I just laid there-I even put my kids to bed early. But I had a pretty good eating day-just didn't make it with a workout..
I had the best lunch ever.. I used a avocado, 2 hard boiled eggs, and Costco's Kirkland brand SALSA (best ever) and little Kosher salt and pepper and I was so FULL. My water intake is better and then I had a homemade taco for dinner...So YUMMY!! And I lost 2 pounds. So I am today 140...
Now a little bit of family stuff....I told Kyle that over 2034 hits have occured on this website since I started it and it has really jumped a lot the last few weeks..but I think it is me looking at how clever my colors are and re-reading my posts. I learn a lot when I re-read.. He seems to think I am being stalked but SERIOUSLY who would stalk me...
I took some more pictures at www.flickr.com/photos/saydlee. These are my class assignments and the most recent are of the cousins clogging. I love these girls. My sister's girls clog with Attie and Sandy cloggs in a different class.. But they are adorable. I did a little cropping but remember these are merely News feature photogs nothing artsy...
But Kylee is back taking harp. It took us a few Year and a half to find a teacher that fits her and we did. She even told Kylee that SHE has Harp hands. It was such a compliment because I often feel I have dropped the ball on Kylee so I can't wait to hear her progress this next year.
Sandy and Attie kicked butt at their SUPAF (String Festival) in St. George on Wednesday. They both received Superior's and Sandy doesn't get nervous..Attie on the other hand was bawling before she started..But she did well.
Ella, Willie, and Ammon all endured well the day and they all went to Karate--BLACK BELT PULSIPHER's in the making.
But today is a new day and a new workout--Although I played a really GOOD game of Raquetball with my mom and sister Amy.. I WON!! But my mom beat us the second game. Amy is a tough one to play because she comes up with some GREAT shots with that LEFT hand of hers..
Happy Friday and Healthy Living-
