Raindance

Alright, Alright!! I have a new adventure. I am the new owner of Raindance Enterprises. It is a full service laundromat, cleaners and 7 car wash bays.  This has been the saving grace to my already busy life. I love working with people and I am so excited about this new adventure. I have 4 employees and I spent the weekend providing free car wash tokens and marketing this new business.  It's been in town for 15 years and it has literally uplifted me. 

Some think I to be crazy because I am a mother of 6 and a wife and I probably should be at home vacuuming, cleaning, scrubbing etc. But that is not my thing. I loathe being a stay at home mom. Some will read this and think this to be so mean and so selfish. Don't get me wrong-I am a DAMN good mom and wife-I just don't like to stay at home.  I wasn't raised that way. I have a very outgoing, highly driven, need for speed kind of mind and I love working-Right now I make nothing and I love every minute of my day. 

I believe every woman should work-now, I don't think every woman should get a job but I think every woman should be anxiously engaged in a good cause. This is my good cause. I love the idea that I will be able to sponsor my children's sports teams, provide needed jobs, give back to a community who has given so much to my family.  That to me is worth more than the bank account.

I actually love waking up every morning and I treat my children better-I don't dread my day. I look forward to picking them up from school and spending time with them. My time with my children is far more valuable now than it ever has been.

So I thank God for blessing me with this opportunity and what ever comes from it I will always be grateful for the chance I had to make a difference.
