I will admit that I have a few weaknesses. Have you ever experienced depression in the morning? Have you ever tried to dig so deep to just try to function in the morning? These are just a few of my challenges every day. Kyle told me a long time ago that I need to "LOVE the FIGHT". He didn't say that I should love TO fight, although I do enjoy a good battle every blue moon, but you must love THE fight.
I sat with a woman yesterday discussing marketing ideas for her company and I am definitely no expert, but I believe that us woman have something to show to the world that men cannot do. They have it but they don't express it the way woman CAN. And that is Passion.
Passion comes from a "fire in the belly". It compels new ideas and open minded ways of thinking. And in business you must be doing what creates passion inside you. I was raised by teachers who made a good living and provided well. But I was the daughter that was square that didn't fit inside the circle. I was very passionate about not getting a teaching degree at a young age. And 40 years later I KNOW what I am passionate about...I am passionate about PEOPLE. I love people. I love being part of a business that is customer service based. I love making people happy. It's not easy all the time. But my dreams and my passion are people.
My husband's cousin is very passionate about her vinyl lettering and her wood working. And she is very good at it. You can tell she loves it because she will post on FB all the creative works she made and they are beautiful. I wish I was that talented but even that Passionate about it but I am not. It's not my thing. AND that is OK. Another cousin is so passionate about being positive. Her posts on FB are always "Good Morning Sunshine", or "May God Bless you." Everyday I get to read a little something positive. And that is what is beautiful about this life. We were all created differently with different talents. And we are sent here to find what we are passionate about. The following is a list of the reasons I get up in the morning. It's what gets my juices flowing and some of the list items are things I need to do better. But remember ladies.....It doesn't matter if MAKING Bread is your PASSION or if it is writing or maybe it's being the very best MOM you can be or even WIFE....if your heart swells you have PASSION and we all have that ability to have this gift.
1. The last two days I have gotten up early to make my husband a bowl of oatmeal.
2. My kids get me up because I have to take them to school :)
OH..my list is short today.
My name is Sadie Lee Pulsipher. I was born March 15, 1973 and this is my story. I am a Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This is my story of failures, faith, and successes.
